Dr. Mukul Das the present Director since 2021, continue to lead Shriram Institute for Industrial Research, Delhi its path of service chartered by its illustrious founder Sir Shriram, and nurtured and built by a long line of eminent leaders and administers.
Dr. Mukul Das is a scientist of eminence in the area of food, drug & chemical toxicology, carcinogenesis, nanotoxicology, biodiversity conservation. He has worked substantially on food borne diseases and was instrumental in the identification of new diseases like Hepatomyo-encephalopathy and Acute Hypoglycemic-encephalopathy.
Prior to his tenure in Shriram Institute he had served at the CSIR Indian Institute of Toxicology Research (IITR), Lucknow as Area Coordinator & Head of Food, Drug and Chemical Toxicology Division.
